This morning at 11AM
my dear father Charles bid us all a Bon voyage,
as he traveled to places
of which
we in our waking
and sometimes sleeping
dream of.

For him
my heart sees his now companions as angels
as he tells a round of corny jokes,
endearing him into the fold
as once again he learns to fly.

His lighted beingness merging into the ever present voice of Is.
So my heart shares in his song,
in his mergence with that
I AM THAT I AM.

The silence is pregnant with the soundless sounds of light
as his memory,
in my every cell speaks of a treasure I behold,
I honor as love itself,
we have shared,
we, father and son.

And so I bid farewell to his form that I might grow
and know him anew!
