Living Christ, Head of the Spiritual Hierarchy. This is the day when God's Love is
emphasized. The Forces of Restoration are active, emanating from the Mind of God.
Tuesday, April 7th - Aries Full Moon
WESAK FESTIVAL — Festival of Buddha, Intermediary between
Hierarchy and Shamballa. He confers his blessing onto the Christ who then distributes it
to Hierarchy and Humanity as a whole. This is the Highest Spiritual Day of the year. The
Forces of Enlightenment are active, emanating from the Heart of God.
Wednesday, May 6th- Taurus Full Moon
CHRIST FESTIVAL — World Invocation Day — Also known as
Good Will Festival and the Festival of Humanity — Spirit of Humanity aspiring towards
God. The Forces of reconstruction are active at this time. Related to the Will aspect of
Divinity. This is a day of deep invocation and appeal and aspiration towards fellowship
and spiritual unity.
Thursday, June 4th- Gemini Full Moon
The above notations on the three festivals were obtained from Lucis Trust. According to the Arcane
School (Alice Bailey & Lucis Trust), the rhythm of the full moon is used to schedule
their full moon meditations as it marks the time each month when the impact of the divine
energies of Light, Love and Power (or Wisdom, Love and Higher Will) are at their peak and
can be registered by a group and radiated into human consciousness. The full moon period
lasts for five days — three days prior to the full moon, the day of occurrence, and
two days following. |
